Purchase terms
A simple license for one active Mac.

Purchase and delivery
Split costs $4.99 USD as a one-time purchase. It is not a trial or subscription. Taxes and the final charged currency, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Payment, receipts, and applicable tax handling are provided by the merchant of record identified at checkout.
Lifetime license
A purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Split without an expiration date. “Lifetime” describes the duration of that license; it does not promise that every future macOS version will remain compatible or that development will continue indefinitely. Updates made available for this Split product are included unless a future product is clearly sold as a separate major product.
One active Mac
One license key may be active on one Mac at a time. The buyer may release the current Mac in the app or account page and activate a replacement Mac. The key may not be shared, resold, published, or used to provide access to multiple people or Macs at the same time.
Acceptable use and availability
You may not reverse engineer Split except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass license controls, or use Split unlawfully. Account, download, or license access may be restricted for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, key sharing, or material breach of these terms. Service outages may temporarily affect checkout, account login, downloads, or verification.
Refunds
Refund requests and the effect of a completed refund are described in the Split refund policy. A completed full refund ends download access and the license. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply regardless of this policy.
Support and legal rights
Split is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees beyond rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Questions can be sent to supportsplit@gmail.com.
